Date TBC. This Technique Lab will help you understand the science behind perfect panning! Not ready to invest in a panning machine? This program also includes curriculum for utilizing an attachment for your stand mixer.

Making Chocolates with no dairy

COMING SOON! Mini-Sculptures

Date TBC. Learn how to make and use modelling chocolate, chocolate clay, moulding and decorating techniques to make mini chocolate showpieces.
