  2. Over the last 7 years, Le Rouge hot chocolates became very popular and were referred to as the Rolls Royce of Hot Chocolate in Connecticut. Flavors like Saffron Pistachio white hot chocolate, raspberry white hot chocolate and hazelnut dark chocolate were a few of the favorites. Last year, I created our signature Hot Chocolate Bombs for Salon Du Chocolat in NY and they were a huge success. Never the one to conform, my hot chocolate bombs are solid orbs in flavors like Masala Chai, saffron pistachio, raspberry, and green tea . Pure ingredients and excellent chocolate make for a unique experience.
