Ecole Chocolat grads among the winners in the chocolates and confections categories!
We are pleased to share that several of our Ecole Chocolat graduates are winners of the 2016 Good Food Awards!
Background about the Good Food Awards:
“The Good Food Awards celebrate the kind of food we all want to eat: tasty, authentic and responsibly produced”. The awards are given each year in January, and Mercantile events are held in San Francisco, New York and Chicago where winners are invited to showcase their products to the public.
“In its seventh year, Good Food Awards are given to winners in 14 categories: beer, cider, charcuterie, cheese, chocolate, coffee, confections, honey, pantry, pickles, preserves, spirits, oil and our newest category, preserved fish. Awards will be given to producers and their food communities from each of five regions of the U.S. The Good Food Awards Seal, found on winning products, assures consumers they have found something exceptionally delicious which also supports sustainability and social good”.
