How would you like to pay for your registration? You have three options:

OPTION 1 -  Pay by Credit Card:

We use a very secure bank sponsored international e-commerce system to accept and validate all Credit Card payments. We do not see or store your credit card information. The payment form and transaction is safely handled by the bank's secure credit card transaction system which is why you will notice that the payment form resides on another site. At Ecole Chocolat, we respect your privacy and are very diligent about security.

Note to Ecole Chocolat Students or Graduates - please don't register here but login to Learning Centre and use the registration buttons in the QA Program overview.

US and International Participants can continue with the credit card payment process using VISA or MC in US funds by clicking the following button. If you prefer to pay by AMEX see OPTION 2.

OPTION 3 - EARLY Payment by cashiers cheque or money order:

INPORTANT NOTE: payment using a cashiers cheque or money order will only be accepted if received in our office two weeks prior to the registration deadline. Those payments received after that date will be credited to the next program session.

If you have decided to pay by certified cheque/money order please when you have sent it and how. That notification will allow us to hold a seat for you and send you more details in preparation for your course.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel from the Quality Assurance Program up to 3 days before the start of the program. A refund of your registration fee minus a 10% administration fee may take approximately 10 working days to process. Because our programs are usually full and in order to make sure all students are committed, on the start date of your program your registration fee becomes non-refundable and non-transferable to another session (except in extraordinary circumstances).
