With spam emails being such a problem, a lot of internet providers
such as Yahoo, AOL and Hotmail have resorted to spam blocking systems.
Sometimes these can block legitimate emails as well. You
should receive a confirmation directly from Ecole Chocolat within
three days after you submit your application.
If you don't receive notification - check your
"Spam" or "Junk" email folders to see if our
confirmation message was put there by your provider instead of
in your Inbox. If you can't find our message, contact us - but
make sure to set your Spam Filter to "allow mail from all

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel from the Quality Assurance Program up to 3 days before the start of the program. A refund of your registration fee minus a 10% administration fee may take approximately 10 working days to process. Because our programs are usually full and in order to make sure all students are committed, on the start date of your program your registration fee becomes non-refundable and non-transferable to another session (except in extraordinary circumstances). |
