The 2-month 100% online Chocolate Making from the Bean for Chocolatiers program teaches you how to take cocoa beans and turn them into quality bulk chocolate to be used for creating gourmet candy and other confections.This unique chocolate manufacturing course takes two months and is completely online allowing anyone around the world to easily participate. The course fees are $395 US or CAD plus the additional cost of the chocolate which can cost $200 US.

This program is scheduled only once a year to coincide with the slow spring months in order for working chocolatiers to have time to complete their study.

Class Assessment:

  • Students will be assessed by completion of assignments and a final exam during the program.

Certificate:

  • Students completing the program with a 70% or more will receive an Ecole Chocolate Certificate of Achievement.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel from the Chocolate Making from the Bean for Chocolatiers Program up to 3 days before the start of the program. A refund of your registration fee minus a 10% administration fee may take approximately 10 working days to process. Because our programs are usually full and in order to make sure all students are committed, on the start date of your program your registration fee becomes non-refundable and non-transferable to another session (except in extraordinary circumstances).
